Welcome to Authors Publishing House (APH, “we”, “our”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By purchasing or using our services, you accept these Terms.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the Client / Author) and APH.
APH offers revisions according to the package selected.
Unlimited revisions are available within the original project scope (text edits, minor layout adjustments, illustration tweaks).
Major redesigns, additional chapters, or extra illustrations beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Turnaround for revisions is typically 48 hours after receiving your feedback.
Before initial deliverables are submitted: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
Within 48 hours of initial deliverables: Refund up to 66% minus 10% processing fee.
Between 48–120 hours: Refund up to 33% minus 10% processing fee.
After 120 hours: No refund will be issued.
You will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
The Client is responsible for providing manuscripts, images, and all content.
APH may provide stock illustrations, templates, or design assets where included in the package.
APH is not liable for third-party content issues.
All project details, manuscripts, and client information remain confidential.
Both parties agree not to publicly share confidential information.
APH provides support for publishing setup and formatting.
APH does not provide hosting, email setup, or technical troubleshooting outside the contracted scope.
Projects are delivered digitally via email or the client dashboard.
Standard delivery times are 2–3 days per milestone unless otherwise specified.
Final project files are retained for 3 months post-completion.
Requests after 3 months may incur additional fees.
APH does not assume responsibility for third-party account issues.
Account setup, transfer, or publishing issues due to third-party policies are the responsibility of the Client.
All official communication must be through APH’s authorized email addresses or contact numbers.
Clients retain ownership of manuscripts and original content.
APH retains rights to design and illustrations until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, all rights transfer to the Client.
APH may store payment information for ongoing services.
Any recurring charges will be communicated in advance.
APH may update these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms will apply to new projects and future work.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 17, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia for any matter not subject to arbitration.
If the Client needs help creating, configuring, or managing a publishing account, the Client may request support from their assigned advisor, project manager, or other authorized representative of Authors Publishing House. Authors Publishing House may assist in setting up and configuring such accounts; however, these accounts remain the Client's property and, wherever possible, will be maintained using the Client's own information.
The Client agrees to provide all information, documentation, approvals, and verifications required by the relevant publishing platform. Authors Publishing House is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information, complete verification steps, or otherwise cooperate with the account setup process, and such delays will not entitle the Client to a refund, chargeback, cancellation, or payment dispute.
Authors Publishing House generally publishes books through accounts owned and controlled by the Client. If, however, the Client is unable or unwilling to set up a publishing account, the Client may authorize Authors Publishing House in writing to publish the work through an account owned or managed by Authors Publishing House or its authorized publishing partners.
By giving this written authorization, the Client acknowledges that Authors Publishing House acts solely as a publishing facilitator to distribute the Client's work. The Client retains ownership of their manuscript, copyright, and intellectual property rights, subject to any separate written agreement between the parties.
Any royalties, earnings, or proceeds attributable to the Client's work that are received by Authors Publishing House will be passed on to the Client. Authors Publishing House will not claim ownership of the Client's royalties except as otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client understands that publishing through an Authors Publishing House–managed account is offered solely as an accommodation and requires the Client's prior written approval. The Client further agrees that any publication delays caused by missing information, missing approvals, account verification requirements, platform restrictions, or third-party platform decisions will not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, cancellation, or dispute over services already rendered.
Where Client does not have an account with a Distribution Partner and requests Authors Publishing House to facilitate publication or distribution through an account maintained by Authors Publishing House or an affiliated brand, such account use is solely for the purpose of providing the Services. The use of such account, or the appearance of Authors Publishing House, an affiliated brand, or another publisher/imprint name in third-party metadata, does not by itself constitute or evidence a sale, assignment, transfer, license, or acquisition of Client's copyright or ownership rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Client retains ownership of Client's copyright and intellectual property rights.
The Client acknowledges that all publishing platforms — including, but not limited to, Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble Press, Google Books, Apple Books, and similar services — operate independently of Authors Publishing House. Authors Publishing House does not own, control, or manage these platforms and cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, distribution, ranking, sales performance, account approval, or continued availability of any publication on them. Authors Publishing House is not liable for any action, decision, suspension, rejection, removal, delay, policy enforcement, account restriction, or account termination imposed by any third-party publishing platform.
